Horrible food served by my miserable staff. We were hungry looking for a place for lunch. I asked the guy how long it will take to prepare the meals. He said 10 -15 minutes. We waited with 3 hungry children for 30 minutes. The toddler food was cooked with old carrots and we have to send it back 4 times. We never heard word of sorry. Adults food arrived after 50 minutes. The food is horrible so we couldn't eat and left. Despite our complaint the staff charged the full bill. Please don't go to this place. There are better places to eat in Ella
4 star for the climb up the stairway to the room, but an amazing stay with a chilled out ambience...

Great place to stay in Ella, Rooms are good but bathrooms need to more attention. Food is tasty but limited. Overall a good place
Extremely convenient location close to all the hot places in ella. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable with hot water facilities. Food which was buffet was also really tasty. Had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend to stay if you are visiting ella.
