It has the location, it has this amazing view, VERY clean, staff friendly and professional.
You’re not waiting on anything but still you can count on a good chat with the staff. It’s 3 minutes from the city center and Omg the details and the extra effort they put into making sure you have a wonderful stay and that you’ll love their country.

Our stay in EKHO Ella was one of the best stays. The location is breathtaking, having an unbeatable view of Ella Gap and valley, and the view extends to mountain ranges far beyond when the sky is clear and less cloudy. The room was large, clean and tidy with a comfy bed, and designed to a theme of a train which was a unique experience. Meals were À la carte, and food were really delicious. Above all, the service was excellent from the moment we checked in to checked out. The staff were very friendly, polite, super attentive and provided an outstanding service and ensured a pleasant stay for us. Out of all the places we've been to in Sri Lanka, their service was the best we have received so far.
The hotel is placed in the most beautiful location, the food is super, the staffs go out of their way to keep the guests happy. There is nothing more to explain about this place but recommend anyone coming here to feel the hospitality and the breathtaking view. If there is a second visit to ella it would definitely be at Echo Ella!
We went there on 1st of December 2020.The Architecture of rooms; SL train theme is great!! food is amazing and staff is very friendly and helpful.hope to visit there again!! best hospitality and highly recommended.
