We are four Poles. We spent 2 nights in this hotel. We are happy to stay at your hotel. Hotel with a very high standard. Clean rooms, very nice service. The gentlemen from the reception were very helpful and polite. Great pool with a beautiful view of the mountains. We recommend that you take advantage of the Ayurveda massage at the hotel spa. Hotel is located in the middle of Ella town. So, there is nothing much to see from the balcony

There was a buffet for the breakfast, other meals are set menus. Foods are not that much tasty, but can manage.

Pool is 4ft deep and there is no deep end. It looks like pool has not cleaned for a while

Maybe due to lack of tourist we had a significant freedom in the hotel.
We are still under the impression from our stay. If you go to Ella you need to go to Echo.
It has the location, it has this amazing view, VERY clean, staff friendly and professional.
You’re not waiting on anything but still you can count on a good chat with the staff. It’s 3 minutes from the city center and Omg the details and the extra effort they put into making sure you have a wonderful stay and that you’ll love their country.
This place is absolutely stunning and the hotel is very fancy with luxury amenities and the views are spectacular. When I say spectacular it’s mind blowing. The hotel staff provided you with a very homely yet super professional service . The hotel follows all health and safety guidelines making its very safe to our families. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from mountain Heaven compared with a lot of other hotels.

Laura hotel is definitely a five star spot. The best part about it of course is the view of the mountain-jungle paradise that I woke up to during my two-night stay. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no AC but with the windows open and a fan, it was quite comfortable. We didn't have any mosquitoes, which was surprising. The staff is friendly and they have wonderful dogs. The home cooked breakfasts were lovely. I highly recommend Laura Hotel if you're in Ella.
Small hotel but with beautiful clean environment. We booked a garden chalet and it was comfortable and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was very delicious. Nine arch bridge is 10 minutes away from the hotel if you’re taking a tuk. The round trip to nine arch bridge cost us Rs 600 which was arranged by the hotel itself. Overall nothing to complaint and OUR STAY WAS GREAT!!!! Thank you Secret Ella....
A romantic place to spend your special occasions such as honeymoon and anniversary. Very friendly staff. Breathtaking surrounding. But it is better if they have heated pools and air conditioning inside rooms.

Really good accommodation in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. The room was large and very clean. The only negative is that it's rather noisy from the nearby bars. If you like early nights (before 11pml and are a light sleeper, then this may not be ideal for you.

Super good place to saty on a holiday. Manager Mr Rimaz is very helpful and a friendly person. He personally helped me with a scooter and with day planning for sight seeing.

Our first accomodation cancelled on us very last minute. This hotel let us check in at 11:30pm with 30minutes notice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was also so delicious. Thank you for a great stay.
