Couldn't fault this hotel. Great location on a quiet street and still close enough to all the action.
The staff were fantastic. Friendly and polite throughout our stay. Very accommodating and knowledgeable.
The room itself was clean and quiet with good amenities. Modern decor which I understand has been recently updated. We had a room to the back with a fantastic view.
Breakfast was good quality. All table service under the current conditions. Very spacious and felt safe.
Would highly recommend and will be booking back in here when we visit Edinburgh next!
Lovely afternoon tea with offer but hotel a but chilly. Waited a while to be offered more tea but there was a wedding on so busy. Understandable during Covid but just feedback. Thank you.
The level of service at this place is top notch. I would stay here again just for the service level. It's a great boutique hotel with a wonderful old world feel. We will definitely stay here again if in Edinburgh.
We had such a fabulous time at the Bonham. We were greeted by Valentina who upgraded us to a Junior Suite. Lucas was frequently there in the evenings, who happily chatted away to us until the early hours of the morning! We even ordered Deliveroo and Valentina brought it up to our room! They truly go above and beyond to make it a comfortable experience. We had breakfast in our room which was lovely! We will be back.
