Lovely place to stay friendly staff..just a shame still waiting over 7 weeks for a small refund
There are serious issues with the heating in this hotel. Our room was stiflingly hot and while the staff were very lovely and offered to fully open our window to cool it down, this doesn't seem like a proper solution (and they also aren't able to do this in every room of the hotel due to legal restrictions for some windows). We also had to mostly close the window in order to close the curtain when we wanted to sleep which made the room like a sauna again. Keeping it open also let in a lot a outside noise which woke us up and they should really just have a system to control the heating in individual rooms. The location, price and staff can't be faulted but I wouldn't come back unless they sorted the heating because it was such an uncomfortable nights sleep.
Perfect location in the old town, easy to be reached by tram or bus directly from the airport, near the shopping area, good service and cosy bar.
Very nice hotel. Small but comfortable clean rooms. They supply lovely shower gel/ shampoo. Friendly staff n great breakfast. They serve a delicious Espresso Martini too at their bar!!!
Very friendly staff at the reception and clean room and shower area. Yet to have a nights sleep there but the bed seems comfy enough :)
