Beware… this was the worst experience I have had in dealing with a hotel ever – a really poor customer experience. Once they had my money there was a complete disinterest in providing a good service for their customer. I tried to follow up about the issues, but they don’t answer the phone and don’t return calls or emails.

Staff are great and it's next to busstops and a 5 min walk from Princess street

I loved my stay here: close to everything and the staff was just so warm and happy that you are staying with them! I paid cheaply for two nights too!
