Good price for all the services offered! We’ve been just one night but we enjoyed a lot. Staff very polite and location not too bad.
We were offered a lovely welcome by super friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was a great size, quiet, and with plenty of choice for hot drinks. Parking was handy, and although due to injury we didn’t walk in to the city centre it was only about £4 for an Uber to take us right up to the castle. Breakfast was well thought out with how they serve you under current circumstances, and it was also delicious. I was also advised of discounted stays on their website rather than booking sites, which is handy to know. Not to be able to take advantage of Holyrood park being on the doorstep was a shame, so definitely next time more will be explored around the area. Happy to return there again & happy to recommend.
Generous sized and well equipped twin bedroom overlooked, across the gardens, by Arthur's Seat.
Dan greeted us cheerfully at reception and explained everything to us including how to find our way up Arthur's Seat or to get to Princes Street.
Irene and Emeliese were extremely courteous, pleasant and helpful in the restaurant for our delicious, top quality evening meal and Jade served us beautifully at breakfast as did our waiter.
Unfortunately we parked the car, we were delivering to a customer, under the trees in the car park where the bonnet was totally coated in bird lime! Thankfully, Suzannah, on reception, was extremely helpful and provided us with all we needed to ensure the car was beautifully clean and ready for our very happy customer.
This hotel provides very good value for money and we would stay there again.

The Bistro was a perfect socially distancing venue, lots of sanitising station, the staff were great, friendly, attentive and gave us the time we needed to celebrate my mother’s life.
The food was delicious too.
Will definitely visit the bistro in happier times.
Beautiful location, the service was excellent from reception to catering, amazing breakfast in room served excellent with plenty of choice, staff very friendly and professional, very clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Everything was exceptional even its hard time with Covid Guidelines, they made an exceptional job by adapting to the new rules. Well done Salisbury Green Hotel!!!!! Best stay in Scotland and I have visited 4 hotels during my Scotland Holiday and this one was the Best!!!!!!!
