Great location, a ten minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small and very clean but all we needed as we didn’t spend much time in there. We had freshly cooked breakfast rolls each morning and a breakfast bag which included a crossiant, yoghurt, fresh fruit and orange juice. All included in the room rate which was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
Rooms very comfortable. Immaculately clean. Lovely quality bedding. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Great value too for a hotel in the centre of Edinburgh. Will definitely be back.

Lovely and helpful reception staff. Rooms and service is much better than a lot of the 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in the past. I would highly recommend staying here.
