The hotel is located in a great spot in the Old Town. Very easy to walk everywhere.
The staff are really friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are really comfortable and well appointed although our air con was not working and the picture on our TV was distorted at time. But that didn't spoil our stay.
Some of the rooms are a fair walk from the lifts and stairs due to the fact that the building has been expanded over the years, something to keep in mind if you are not able to walk long distances.
Breakfast was good although I would have preferred if it was presented as buffet. You had to ask for items on the menu rather than help yourself which make it a little less relaxed.
Really nice hotel, clean and well situated. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, a special thanks to Anastasia and Derek (apologies for any misspelling of names)). Hope to be back sometime soon.

My partner booked here for a nice relaxing romantic over night. The rooms are well cleaned and very beautiful inside. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, I couldn't fault them in any way. If you are taking the car phone the hotel before hand as they offer a discount if you are staying with them at a near by parking area.
Staying at the Hotel du Vin was an amazing experience. The team worked so hard to make our stay (during our wedding week) really special. Breakfast every day was incredible, the facilities were brilliant and most importantly the service was second to none. Luka, Martyna and Anastasia all manned the reception through our stay couldn’t possibly have done more and were so kind and welcoming every day. Thank you so much for everything, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel du Vin to friends, family or anyone else who asks for a great place to stay in the city. Thank you!
