Reviews from visitors:
Do not stay! This hotel clearly does not care about guest safety/sanitation and customer service. It should be important to ensure rooms are sanitary under any circumstances but this is absolutely critical due to the Covid-19 pandemic!
There were a few issues with my room including the shower being dirty, grime and hairs on the floor of the shower, and also half empty miniatures of shampoo and body wash left from the previous occupants. Clearly the room had not been adequately cleaned for even normal circumstances, let alone during a global pandemic. Disgraceful.
To make this worse they clearly don't care.
I raised these issues with reception, the response was totally disengaged and showed no compassion, care or real interest.
The response was I will talk to housekeeping, and the bill is paid so we cant offer anything on that regard.
Then I was told by the manager that he would email me so that I could contact him for future bookings (terrible response that doesn't take any ownership as I would only get any compensation for re-booking and giving them more money) BUT TO MAKE THIS WORSE, HE DIDN'T EVEN FOLLOW UP AND SEND ME THIS PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A RESOLUTION.
Complete jokers
Nice little hotel in a good location. Very friendly staff. Beautifully clean. Nice quiet couple of days. However the bedroom air conditioning didn't work and the sash window was broken so didn't stay open. The bed was, quite frankly, uncomfortable. It's been a number of years since I've been in a hotel bed that slopes towards the centre and sinks when you're partner gets in. The TV at the end of the bed makes the room feel really small and why oh why don't hotels put mirrors at a height where you can dry your hair without standing up?
The room was supposed to be a king but we were given a double. The description said robes and slippers were provided but they had to be asked for. To be honest I wouldn't rush back. The 3 stars are a reflection of the nice staff and cleanliness, I would have rated lower without that.
My first time at this hotel and like all the other Indigos I've stayed in it doesn't disappoint, very clean and friendly staff. Very nice bright colourful room with an excellent bathroom. Some nice freebies in the fridge and even have my own private fake garden smoking area. Will definitely be staying again
We booked another hotel, but it closed and the hotel administration moved us to the more expensive Indigo hotel. Indigo hotel is located much further from the old town and tourist places, we were extremely dissatisfied. Beautiful rooms, nice bathroom, excellent heating. Very dark in the rooms, Windows, very arrogant staff Here, we were immediately told at the reception that we paid too little for the room, on day 3 we asked to clean, but the staff only changed the bed linen, leaving a dirty floor, dust on the furniture, towels were not changed and we had to use dirty ones.Wi fii did not work, the employee said that their wifi is not connected on all devices. There is no place for Smoking or ashtrays or bins near the hotel, my husband went to smoke around the corner, to the nearest trash can. Asked for a vase for flowers, we were told-there is nothing, put the bouquet in a glass. In addition, the hotel is located much further from the old town and tourist places, we were extremely dissatisfied.
Lovely room. Very comfy bed. Staff friendly and attentive. Great to have bottle of prosecco as part of our deal. Great toiletries in bathroom
