I would just like to express my gratitude to all members of staff that my girlfriend and I encountered this weekend.
I booked two nights at the Waldorf for my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend and before I had even arrived, the team at the hotel had already been in contact with me to ensure we arrived safely.
At check in, we were greeted by a lovely employee who made us feel very special and wished us well on our anniversary and kindly made us aware of an upgrade we had received. Once we got into our stunning room, we received a lovely anniversary gift and a wonderful view of the Castle.
We ended our trip with a great breakfast in the hotel restaurant and a fantastic afternoon tea. At the afternoon tea we were served by various employees - all of which made us feel very special, remembering that it was our anniversary and providing us with a very personal service. The afternoon tea was just fantastic. The staff, including the chef, ensured we were enjoying our meal and engaged with us frequently. (Socially distanced of course)
I’m a loyal member of the Hilton Honors programme and receiving such a great service reminds me why I continue to frequent Hilton Group hotels. I look forward to the next opportunity me and my girlfriend have to stay in this amazing hotel.

A perfect venue for a wedding. The staff were so attentive, Sarah the wedding planner couldn't have done more for us.
The professionalism and care shown to us made for a magical day.
Pick up an Afternoon tea at home. Absolutely amazing. Good first class, presented very well. Yes would be lovely to be in peacock alley but this is definitely a excellent second best.
This is definitely a nice hotel but there are things that can be improved.
THE GOOD
* We had a fantastic view of the castle from our room.
* Staff were very friendly and helpful.
* Room and bathroom were really nice.
* Excellent location.
THE BAD
* Food was terrible
* Breakfasts look and taste like they were made ages ago and just kept hot. Dried out bacon, sausages, black pudding etc.
* The room service menu is awful and the veggie wrap was disgusting.
* The rain shower in the room was almost unusable because it was so close to the wall. Something that could be easily fixed with a few more inches of pipe. Quite dumb really.
* Broken high chair (eventually fixed).
* Noisy air conditioning.
* The staff in the restaurant were really forgetful. Didn’t seem to have a system of writing things down.
* The public areas of the hotel are very limited.
* Spa is accessed via the car park.
