Super cute Victorian decorated room, with an awesome location in the heart of New Town and the ton of cool restaurants, bars, and shopping. Walking distance to all tourist areas of Edinburgh. We had a nice view from a high floor. Self-check in was easy and straightforward. The only criticism is no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap and only 2 small towels were included.
We didn't get to stay. Trying to contact this hotel is difficult, no replies to email or phone calls and NO refund of booking as per their t&c. We had to cancel our visit to Scotland as the Edinburgh tattoo was cancelled, when they finally replied we got the pity me story not being able to refund our deposit even after being reasonable with them. DONT STAY HERE.... Appaling to say the least. It's likely we won't get our refund now, but when we do visit the tattoo, we won't be staying in that shoe box. NOT HAPPY. and Tod, you still owe me £100
Strategic accommodation in the center of Edinburgh, room pleasant and clean with small private bathroom. The owner is very kind and helpful, always available even if very discreet. Room access codes are sent by mail on the day of arrival.
Attic room was lovely. Nice view. All you need in room. Shared toilet which was great with very good shower. Central location.
Don't stay here. They are greedy, They wouldn't even let me move the date because of pandemic. My flights were cancelled so had no way of going. No way to treat people. Stay away
