Friendly service great staff, excellent rooms and a great location.
Visited Edinburgh for a week with two children (9 and 12), wife and mother-in-law. Had considered two 5 star hotels on Princess Street but selected Old Town Chambers instead. Best hotel decision I ever made. If you want to be in the Old Town part of Edinburgh, the location is phenomenal and the extra living space, which we would not have had at the other hotels, made for an excellent family experience. The kitchen and living room area were great spaces for the family to wind down and relax after being out and about for the day. On top of all that, my Scottish heritage was overjoyed as the room rates are considerably less than the other two 5 star hotels we considered and the kitchen helped us keep our breakfast and children's snacking costs way down. The place was perfect for our holiday. Thank you from the Martin family.

The best apartment Hotel in the city in my opinion.
Great hotel in the centre of the old town. We have stayed here twice now and just as good. The views are wonderful from our flat.
Always clean and tidy and staff are really friendly. Look forward to our next trip to Edinburgh.
I rented the signature city view suite... perfect. Lovely in every way. Even the small touches were well thought out.
I should note that it requires climbing over 100 steps in old town to get to this hotel but totally worth it! If I ever come back to Edinburgh,this is the only place I would stay!
