I spend a night in this hotel and I felt very comfortable. It was super clean, the staff were friendly and helpfully. The Hotel was very central - 7 min to the city and 5 min to the station. I would recommend it and come back again.
Great hotel and staff. The superior room on the 9th floor was amazing and very clean (so corona proof)! Breakfast is a little bit expensive (18eur) but very good! :)
Terrible service, took them 30 minutes to bring us 4 drinks. Two were different from our order. They left the two “correct ones” walked away without apologizing, shifting the blame on the “other guy”. 20 minutes later they bring the remaining 2 drinks. We tell them it’s an hour since we sat. Instead of apologizing they say “it’s less than that”..... I know I’ll never go there again
Edit: chef came over, apologies and offered us drinks for the evening. An apologies is all we wanted, Shame the staff before was so rude and not competent
No kettle or fridge in superior room . Coffee in machine in room broken and cleaners didn't clean for two days straight. Disappointed as was for wedding anniversary. On the plus side Beds comfortable , Netflix available if you have an account no English news channels. Reception staff helpful
