Reviews from visitors:
The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. Except it is rather noisy and there's a chance you might hear the neighbours. The showerhead in our bathroom was also off to the side so it was not very comfortable to shower in the bathtub. The hotel is very clean and safe. We had a loud neighbour, I tried to call the reception at 1a.m. but the reception phone was shut off. I wanted to go downstairs to file the complaint but must admit I didn't feel safe in doing so and would have rather been able to call to the reception. However, when I got downstairs, the guy at the reception resolved it right away.
Added note; The parking garage underneath the hotel is very narrow. There are two parking garages within 10 minute walking distance that will only cost you €4 or €5 per day on the weekend. One of them is literally two minutes away from the hotel, it is closed for construction currently (tiefgarage Kirchplatz, June 2020) and the other (Qpark Friedrich street) is 8-10 minute walk away.
Booked this place for one night. Reception very nice and helpful! When we got to the room we only had twin beds. So I went back to the reception and requested a room with a double bed. We were lucky. They had one room left which we got immediately. Thank you very much for sorting that. They have also got Underground parking which costs €15 a night. If you have got a very big car (we have got a C4 grand), it may take a few attempts to get in and out of the car park. The hotel is also only 3 or 4 tram station away from the Old town (I think). Best to find out at the hotel. Breakfast starts at 7.00am at the weekend. It's got everything there you want (hot & cold). Would we go back?: yes
Would highly recommend this hotel. Greta professional service upon check-in. A couple of beers and waters replenished daily in your fridge. Plus another beer if you forgot daily room service.
I forgot a power adapter for my phone charger to adapt from north american plugs and the front desk loaned me one.
Great breakfast selection ....too good in fact
Rooms well appointed with small fridge, cooking surface etc.
While I was here for work, I am committed to returning to Dusseldorf and thus hotel with my wife...
We stayed here from 25 december 2017 till 1 jan 2018. Not a bad hotel. But 2 things really annoyed me:
1. 1 day they forgot to clean the hotel room
2. What's even worse is the parking. I have a BMW 5 serie car and it is really difficult to go through those small spaces in the garage. My Car god damaged from hitting the rubber which is attached on the walls. When you have a wide car like a BMW 5 serie car don't pick this hotel or don't use their parking garage.
What I liked from the hotel was the small kitchen which my wife used to cook some asian meals.
Hotel is clean and provides great hospitality.
Even the staff is good.Especially, Fabian Reutter, very friendly person and will guide us throughout our stay.
This hotel also provides the very good breakfast.
Over all i had an awesome staying experience and i will specially recommend this to those who wants to stay for long for business reasons or for the corporate employees who come for onsite.
You wont regret,just be there:)
