Nice food, nice breakfast. I love it
Nice Design of rooms but that’s about it. The service is crazy bad. The guy from last nights check in is serving this morning the breakfast... both and always trying to do his best. Last night I had to wait 20 minutes after check in to receive my room key. He told me it’s the system that has to process whatever he enters and that takes usually 5 minutes... after 20 min of using up my patience I asked him to either get me my room key or to cancel my check in. Of course he got me my key while mumbling something that he is now violating some corona rules. Well you might think he is a trainee - but wrong he was (maybe still is) the manager of this overrated designer hotel. At the breakfast the disaster continued! My recommendation- just check in at the next door courtyard hotel- it’s not as fancy designed but it’s a functional hotel and even has a pretty restaurant with outside terrace.
Good Hotel in the Hafencity of Düsseldorf close to various restaurants. The bar at the top floor is awesome.
Hotel was fine, but neighbors would hangout all night. Location is great, and quite neat inside the place.

- horrible service! the service hotline is unclear and unprofessional, partially in German with a spanish accent and the reception lady took more than 2h to send me my invoice
