Very, very tasty food. Authentic, fresh and homemade :) we had a very nice evening. The staff is also very accommodating. We will definitely come back here!

During this time, it is good for restaurants to offer delivery / pickup food. We had ordered for Christmas Day (December 25th, 2020) and picked it up at 1 p.m. as agreed and paid for it. At home we found inaccuracies when looking through the invoice / receipt. On the one hand, if you choose 2 side dishes, you should add a sauce free of charge. We had ordered fried potatoes and oven-baked lobster sauce with the salmon fillet with side dishes - free of charge, as was confirmed on the phone! However, in addition to the side dishes (2 X € 3.90), the lobster sauce was charged at € 2.50. In addition, an additional € 1 was charged for each dish. Overall, this resulted in a surcharge of more than 5% to the amount according to the price list!
We emailed LiLi on December 26th, 2020 and asked for clarification / explanation. We have not received any response to this day.
When ordering in advance (December 13th, 2020) a sauce was missing and the dressing was missing for the salad.
Mistakes can happen; a forgotten sauce can be forgiven. But the errors in the billing are incomprehensible. It cannot be a mistake or a mistake, but a systematic intent! One mistake can happen, but not four! It's not about the absolute amount. But confidence in reliable and careful work is gone. It's a shame because the food was basically good. It is difficult to regain lost trust.
Today we had ordered food for 3 people to pick up by phone. Even the phone call was extremely pleasant, as friendliness was paired with a certain joke. The meal was then ready on the promised minute and ready to be taken away. According to 3 eaters, it tasted extremely good. You have won a new loyal customer.
We went there for the first time yesterday. We are enthusiastic about the ambience, we really like the style. The food was delicious. Had a rump steak that was cooked perfectly and to the point. Staff very friendly. We will be back!
We had ordered the goose menu tonight. Delivery promptly at the predicted time, exactly to the minute. Everything super packaged, still hot and great in taste. Big portion. We will have the Kaiserschmarren another time. We will order again soon. Many Thanks.
