Just for 10 minutes in for to pick up my lady but all was correct
Love the place. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Big TV, comfortable shower. The breakfast buffet for 5€ per person was one of a kind, good! On the top of all this only 10 minutes walk to the Königs Alle/Downtown!
My first vacation in Germany. And the last one. I arrived in the evening at the hotel. An old man at the reception with 0 knowledge of English. How it's possible to work in our days in a hotel reception and you don't speak English? All Germans are terrible in English. Please, learn some English. German is not an international language. Rooms are very small.
Don't stay at this hotel in the summer. Rooms do NOT have air-conditioning; the room felt like a sauna. On your website, it says "each room is fitted with individual climate control". For you, I guess that means a fan to blow hot air around. When I booked the room, you didn't state that the room didn't have A/C. I only found out when I walked into the room then you refused to give a refund even though it was too hot to be in the room (this was during the heat wave in June). I was only in your hotel for about 20 minutes before I left for a proper hotel.
The hotel is nice for that price. It's located close to the downtown. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are a bit too small. Some shifts at the reception don't speak English. There is no Parking close to hotel. Fortunately there is one underground parking around 100m from the hotel.
