We had a room at first floor, near Breakfast room. The room was nice, very high ceilings and you see, that it’s really old house, but it’s interesting. Location to center could be little bit better.

Only 15 minutes from old town city centre
Apart from check-in, nothing went in this hotel. Due to the corona, the check-in was made personless, which is completely ok. was. But that not even a service within 3 days in the room was disappointing. Unfortunately, there was no information about this and no price reduction either.
The five of us were guests here as part of a family visit.
The hotel was perfect for our needs. When parking you have to - as usual in Düsseldorf - have time, patience and luck.
The check - in and check - out were completely contactless in Corona times. The procedure was communicated in emails - simple and very good.
The rooms, bathrooms and beds were clean but did not correspond to a high standard that you did not pay for.
We had a quiet and smooth stay and slept well. After the check-out, the credit card was charged for payment. We didn't use breakfast. Overall everything was really good. The hotel is recommended for an inexpensive short trip.
