A lovely little establishment in the centre of Durban. Modern finishes. Lack of admin staff, professionalism and hospitality. Unfortunately not a place we would want to waste time when visiting the coast.
Booked via Airbnb, no one seemed to know what was happening on arrival, check in process was tideous at best, no power for TWO days no generator or even candles offered. Nice showers though.
The room was absolutely beautiful @ However my check in was a nightmare, their staff was hostile and there was not much customer service given that there was loadshedding and a storm for the duration of my stay.
Great ambiance for any occasion of event. Great food and most of all the crew
It's been really good. The staff is very friendly. Sam, at reception, has been very helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and well taken care of.
