Affordable rates and a clean place. The main disadvantages for me were the place is built where there is a drinking area, when we checked in, it was packed and quite noisy at night, I did not have access to their WiFi because their manager was not around and their admin staff needs training on service delivery and knowing the business inside out because as customers we have a lot of questions and the last thing we need is someone mumbling when we ask them. The other thing was their receptionist was sleeping. I understand it’s a demanding job, but sleeping, at work, at the reception?

We had a terrible experience. People were banging on our door, being vocally loud all the way through till 8am the next morning . I spoke to management about the noise levels About four times. My partner even got into an argument with the staff and the noise makers. It was just a mess. The aircon and wifi that is started you get was out of order and the complimentary breakfast you supposed to get wasn't there because there was no one preparing breakfast
