I enjoyed my stay here, no complains at all. The place is marvelous and I will definitely stay there again. Room was bigger than I expected.

Fix the rooms and bathrooms
Put rules in to place for customers.
Beef up on security and build a proper undercover parking lot.
Fix and maintain the building that is falling apart.
Sort out the elevator's.
Fix the WiFi.
And please COMMUNICATE TO PEOPLE BOOKING what is wrong with place before they waste money.
Also update your pictures on the website so that people can rwally see what is going on with the place.
Very spacious room with a king size bed, with a common balcony area facing the Harbour. Upon arrival, we were informed that the lift was out of order and we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. Gym, Bar, restaurant and Spa was closed. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Housekeeping needs alot of training as she is hesitant to leave toilet paper, shower items, milk, etc for us. Ushaka is within walking distance but do not attempt to walk at night. Lots of construction noise from across the road, loud piercing siren sounds during the day even at 2am. Carpets, air conditioning and hot water needs attention. Sometimes reception staff do not answer the phone. Very shoddy buildings that surrounds this hotel. Lots of construction on the road leading to this hotel. Wifi was good.
Cannot rate any star at this hotel as I will not recommend it to anyone but have to post. No working lift - stayed on the 4th floor.
"Breakfast to the amount of R165.......choice between 2 options." Kitchen not open. Cold meats became less as the week went by, warm yoghurt (without spoon) and warm cheese (2 on day one only) Fruit juice only on day one and nothing again even though it was chosen as an option. Room flooded with rain water and choice of tv channels limited with no sound on some channels. Obviously no maintenance. Questions are answered with....yes it's not working? Upon requesting a quote no communication that the kitchen is closed or that the lift is not working. Photo's for everything.
Update. No feedback. No return of my money spent when I did not end up staying at the hotel. Avoid this hotel!!!!! Absolutely horrible experience. Do not waste your time at this hotel. I booked for a weekend away on the 14 February 2021. Elevator not working. Aircon in multiple rooms not working. Receptionist no where to be found. Parking not secure. I ended up leaving at 8pm to find another hotel. It's been over a week, no call from management. Still awaiting my refund.
