Excepcional, perfect service for education, professionalism and knowledge (they recommend you with sincerity and knowledge of the product and tastes, do not feel like a buyer, you feel like a special customer). the product is local and of an unbeatable quality (fresh local fish that you can see on display of the day). the food elaborated and with a magnificent presentation. Very good price, especially if you compare it with the high prices of the tourist sites of the city. I would give it a 9.9 / 10 (the place is beautiful and charming, on the street parallel to the main street. If it were in a location with views, I would give it a 10).
An awesome place, located in a 700 years old building, inside the old town. Check-in and check-out are made in a sepparate building, 5 minutes away from the apartment. Restaurant for breakfast is also very close. Completely equipped, no keys or cards needed for the doors, just codes provided at the reception.
This is a small hotel in the heart of old town and we are so glad we were able to get one of the rooms! The hotel is very small but beautiful with unmatched service! The people working there did everything they could to make the stay perfect from prior to arrival checking what time and how we would arrive so they could arrange to meet us and carry our bags to suggesting and organizing dinner reservations and day trips. We did a day trip to do wine tastings and oyster tasting and the company they work with are also incredible.
The breakfast they brought daily was delicious (they also accommodated my gluten intolerance with gluten free bread and sweets for me and regular for my husband) and they were always so quick to tidy up our room as soon as we stepped out. Everyone goes above and beyond here!! I can’t recommend it more!
It’s also a great location and it was great to be able to stop back into the hotel to change or grab a drink and head back out.

Our bar dude even put on a Foo Fighters song for us - you're a legend mate! But generally the music is chilled.
Great atmosphere. Each room has original art by great artists. The location is perfect for old town. The staff are amazing. If you want an experience that leaves you wanting for nothing, that exposes you to Croatian art, and service at it's highest level then this is where you want to stay when visiting Dubrovnik
We had a drink on the above 5 restaurant roof terrace after a walk around the city walls. View of the city are hard to beat and the service was impeccable. So much so that we returned thrill owing day for dinner and the food was also excellent

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience staying at the Rilati Palace in Dubrovnik. We were welcomed with such warmth and outstanding hospitality. The location was ideal (right beside Game of Thrones stairs) in the old town and located extremely close to everything. Room was very charming and clean. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking this for their stay in Dubrovnik, it really was an exceptionally great stay.
Super friendly host! They were so helpful to pick us up from the parking spot a bit outside of the city center and bring us back. The location is great, the room very clean and you will sleep like a baby on the great bed. Totally recommend!
What a great place to stay bang in the old town and not to many stairs to reach here. Dora (the host) was excellent and she updated us with lots of do's and don'ts see and not see. The rooms were very very aesthetically done and we were actually looking forward to getting back . The restaurant below serves some excellent food.
Fantastic place to stay in Old Town. The location was great and the flat was very comfortable. We stayed in the studio. It includes a kitchenette and is on the opposite side from the live jazz and the Cathedral bells. It offers you proximity to both with the ability to get away from the sound when you want to sleep. Highly recommend.
A Beautiful Room in a Beautiful City
Great location for Dubrovnik. Good communication from staff. Loved the room! You go up some stairs and it is tucked down a quite path. Everything in the room is quality, from the furniture to design and colour theme. Seems like a professional interior designer created it. Staff kindly looked after our bags for the day while we toured Dubrovnik. Would definitely book this place again.
Extremely interesting history of the villa presented to us by Mrs. Tina, the owner of the villa, and the villa itself is a wonderful blend of history and modern architecture. The car was "on our eye" from the room, in the parking lot next to the villa. A deep and peaceful sleep is guaranteed by extremely comfortable beds, exceptional sound insulation and air conditioning. Smart rooms and bathrooms are superbly equipped and immaculately clean, while breakfast in the garden of the villa is a special experience. You have breakfast specialties from all over Croatia under the Dubrovnik oranges surrounded by Mediterranean plants and spices and for a moment you really feel like Dubrovnik nobles. From the villa to the old town separates you 50m, not a minute walk. The staff is always at your service, in a good mood, smiling .....
Nice rooms, nice balcony, nice view, friendly people. The hotel is 2 minutes walking from downtown and 5 from the entrance to the Dubrovnik walls. Great experience!
Location is 5 our of 5. Rooms are modern, clean and very nicely decorated, though our room was a bit on the small size. Bathrooms are nice and clean with a good rain shower. Nice and helpful staff and all rooms have cool murals from Game of Thrones or Star Wars.
