Reviews from visitors:
Lovely comfortable and well maintained hotel located some half an hour's walk to Dubrovnik old town. Beautiful views! All staff were friendly and courteous, special mention goes to the waiter who made us very welcome even though the restaurant was completely empty and near closing time (wish I took his name). Warmly recommended!
Four days in hotel were excellent. Friendly staff, large rooms and balcony, beautiful view on Gruž, convenient parking, breakfast and dinner are super.
Hotel room and facilities were excellent.... staff very attentive and cleanliness was spot on! My only concern was the restaurant and volume of people at any one time in these CV-19 times however, easy fix... get up earlier and eat before the masses Hotel is on a hill...if you have no transport..get some!! Otherwise you will walk the "steps" 450 to be exact
The hotel is nice, away enough from the touristic part of the city(old town)
The buffet breakfast was OK, not amazing but good enough to help you go through the morning until you get a proper coffee in the town.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed is amazing!
The staff was really helpful and nice to my husband and me, we were able to rent towels from the lobby to take it to the beach, by leaving a small deposit ( which they give back once you return the towels)
Only one thing, if you are at the lobby try to avoid Alen, he was rude to my husband one morning, now looking into his face when requesting the towels (as previous days)- He kept saying they do not give away towels, even with deposit. This guy had to ask another person, who said they do give away towels and only then they proceed with borrowing. Overall a nice hotel, okay food, be aware that you need to walk next to cars, motorcycles and big lories if you want to get to the bus stations, this is the only down side, as I was always scared to head to the bus stop due to the fact that there was no pavement for us to walk other than the main road.
I will still recommend this hotel, for first time travellers to Dubrovnik
Nice hotel, but I wouldn't rate it with 4*. The pool on the photos looks like "infinity pool" but in reality it's situated down, below the surface of the hotel so the view isn't any special. But rooms were nice, breakfast was also satisfying and all and all it was a nice stay.
