If you want to feel in Dubrovnik like at home, then Aquarius Hotel is the ideal place for you, top service, friendly staff, sun, food and of course the sea at your fingertips.
Pro: Friendly staff, great breakfast (except for the wasps on the ham) and a nice pool.
Contra: The rooms are quite small, there is a light at the ceiling that can't be turned off. The window shutters, when opened, keep banging against the balcony at an awful speed and noise.
It takes 10min with Uber to get to the old town. There are no great views directly from the hotel but it's not far.

Very friendly staff in Reception and Restaurant. Very helpful, giving advice and tips. Food is lovely. Freshly cooked to order. We stayed half board and ordered food the night before, so was always ready when we were. Breakfast is a buffet, so able to feast and get ready for the day ahead! Great stay. Highly recommended.
