Always excellent service of the Team and superbly clean spaces!
Absolutely amazing hotel. From the greeting at arrival all the way to check out the service was outstanding. They were even very thoughtful when I became really sick in assisting me with anything I needed. The restaurant is wonderful and the rooms where big, beautiful and very clean. I am a world traveler and I can assure you that I will return again soon

Went to La Capella for dinner, the ambiance is great it’s a terrace one floor up in the heart of old town. The food was good, had the truffle risotto and tomato burrata to start, the truffle risotto was amazing!! Then for entrees we had the octopus and duck which were also good. The service however was mediocre at best. There were several large parties so maybe that’s why but even things like asking the waiter what was in the La Capella spritz he couldn’t tell us what was in it and he didn’t find out. Overall food and ambiance were great but for the cost I would have thought the service would be better.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay here. It’s a beautiful hotel, in a great location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are super nice. The included breakfast is a delicious and convenient way to start the day. If you’re going to Dubrovnik, I would highly recommend the Pucić Palace.
