Very nice hotel with great views of the ocean. The location is also nice but the service for like food and drinks could be improved. During our stay we only had one staff member taking care of the snack bar which serves the pool area and also the lounges at the ocean so you have to be very patient.

For this kind of price I was waiting for a nice staff and a Room with balcony... instead I was sleeping in cave with a view on the machinery underground. My child got food poisoned ... My husband had to wait until 9:30 to use the spa instead of 8. It’s a question of taste but the interior design is everything but elegant. And the location is so far from the old Dubrovnik ! The access to water is really dangerous ( complicate for old people and kids ) . Never again
Five stars of the hotel and the premises don’t match. Breakfast weak. Coffee is self service. Suite room shower mouldy, door didn’t close properly unless banged. Balcony separation with neighbour room failed. Room fully charged. Expensive Parking fee could be excluded as a gesture.
