The stay was great, staff was extremely friendly, I'd like to especially thank Pavla and Karolina for being so accommodating. You all made us feel special and made it a stay to remember :)

Charming coronaproof hotel in the center of Dublin. Cosy, clean room with a confortable bed. Ideal spot to be quarantained because of the SUPER friendly 5 star staff. All of them We miss you already
Location (5/5): I really like the location. It has everything around although, it was closed for covid. Other reviews complained about the noise but in this quiet time, I had no problem with it.
Staff (5/5) The 5 starts are exclusive for their incredible staff. Kevin and Pavla were extremely helpful and attentive. I cannot thank them enough
Room (3/5) it was clean, beautiful and it has everything you need. The pillows were to flat for me. It doesn’t have a smart TV and no USB plugs. The Wifi would work sometimes and sometimes not.
Bathroom (5/5): this was the BOM! Was the size of the room. Not every room is like it but if you enjoy a don’t forget to ask for it. You will thank me later
Food: even though I didn’t eat here, it is one of the few places with nice options to eat during this time. I walked around and no good options to eat. 5/5 because they are eco friendly and use non-disposable utensils. if you ask for water, no plastic bottles
Have stayed here twice now & will be back. The hotel is in an ideal location in the city centre & is beautifully decorated with a great vibe. The team are lovely in reception- very professional & welcoming, with a special shout out to Mike & another lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t get.
I would very much recommend this hotel
