I adore the hotel. I stay for a mixture of personal and essential reasons(essential journey of course this time) and can rarely report back anything but perfection. My only issue is the coffee machines in the room seldom work and I fear the people in other rooms think I'm committing a particularly violent murder in the mornings when I can't get it to work.
Staff are always phenomenal, hygiene is impeccable and I really do love the place.
Absolutely amazing place for value. The staff is fantastic and extremely attentive. Even in covid timed they provided a superb experience and extremely friendly. They even go beyond what is expected. For example I asked if shops were open (I needed a warmer jacket) sadly they said no. But they called me back and told me about some super markets that were still open and had jackets available. World class experience and extremely thoughtful.
Had a fabulous afternoon tea with my daughter here.The service and food could not have been topped in the Shelbourne. I wish I could remember the girls name who looked after us so well It was 12.30 Monday 7th Dec. We have recommended it to all our friends and colleagues and most certainly will be back. Stylish little boutique hotel in an excellent location. Staff, food, amenities and room all an easy 10/10. Shower was great and I will be booking again hopefully on a regular basis. (parking not ideal, but in a city as busy as Dublin can only be expected I suppose
Really nice, stylish and quiet hotel. Super clean and fresh rooms. All covid regulations well adhered to.
Good walking distance to shops and sights. Didn’t try the bar/restaurant but looked like a nice setting although always quiet (perhaps just the time we’re in!)
They will validate car parking at their sister hotel across the road which is a good deal and conveniently located. There were also often spaces outside on the street. 3 hours max 7-7.
