Other than the great location, service and room amenities is below par. I've done a bit of travelling myself and had the opportunity to stay at 3- and 4-star hotels but I can't say this is a 4-star hotel. Firstly, our room's bathroom light were blinking all the time we were there. It was not fixed on time. Secondly, the only toiletries they have available are shower caps, hand soap and body/face wash. Not even toothbrushes, you actually have to ask one to be sent to your room. Third, no drinks available at the mini fridge. And lastly, the real shocker is the coffee machine clearly looked not cleaned! I had to wash it myself and use up half the still water to run a cleaning option for the machine itself. I wish I took photos but was so disappointed I didn't bother. Not worth £100/night.
Should be 5 star!! Quality decor , staff extremely helpful and friendly (especially Luke and Andrew ! ) rooms were lovely and bed so comfy !
Great hotel glad I booked this place stayed on level 6 and the rooms are brilliant. Friendly and helpful staff. Ppe all over the place. Will stay again if I come to Dublin
