This place is amazing, I stayed here for a total of 8 weeks and I couldn't find any faults. The location is perfect its central to everything you want and need. The rooms are stylish, warm and relaxing. I didn't feel like I was living in a hotel, it felt very personal. The rooms have everything you could need for either a short or longer term stay. The beds are super comfy and spacious, so too is the bathroom. The foyer is a really lovely space is want to just hang out with comfy chairs and nice lighting. Having the gym is a bonus too which has all the equipment you could need for a short term stay. Staff are very welcoming and always helpful, super easy to contact them too. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Dublin, location is one of the biggest draws to the place and the stylish furnishings and staff are a treat too. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.
Amazing and beautiful place!
I have been staying in this hotel for two months, and everything in this place was great!
The rooms are beautiful, fully equipped, and very clean. Location is the best location in Dublin. The staff is friendly and always available to help with a big smile,
The hotel shared working space is perfect.
And in total, it was an excellent experience for me.
Absolutely AMAZING! We are so glad we found this place to be our longer term stay while we are in Dublin for essential travel reasons.
Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, most friendly and helpful staff. Epic location, very accessible to supermarkets, banks, post office, convenience stores, as well as to many other attractions (too bad all attractions are closed during level 5 lock down but we could imagine how lively this area /city can be once the pandemic is over). This is so far our best hotel stay we have experienced. A very well designed hotel from inside out. Highly recommended.
The whole stay was amazing, loved the apartments and cleanliness of the place and it's set up! The only thing that let it down was the ceiling unpainted but other than that 5 stars! Smoking area inside the place so dont have to go in and out of the place, the service was great Erica was so much help and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for our amazing stay will be back!
Refused a stay here even though I'm an essential worker with letter stating same, that was on work visit to Dublin from another hospital. The staff rang the wrong department and then acted as if I were a criminal and stated out loud in front of everyone "that I didn't exist" The staff are extremely rude and didn't want to listen to me to confirm I'm a visiting staff from another hospital and perhaps you should have rang the correct department and confirmed same instead of listening to a porter in a different department looking at the permanent staff list. So at 7pm I had to go to a hotel that was competent to listen to me and ring correct department for visiting staff. Zanzibar refused to refund me also even though they were paid directly. Perhaps it's a scam they are operating, take peoples money then incorrectly refuse them to stay. I will be taking this further !
