I booked a room and due to travel changes had to cancel my booking again. Staff was really understanding and helpful - thank you so much!
Really appreciate the flexibility
Hopefully see you on another date
Absolutely loved the stay here. Decided to book a hotel in Dublin as we couldn’t go outside our county and so glad we did. Staff go above and beyond to make you enjoy the stay. Room was so nice and hotel is overlooking Stephens green so perfect location for exploring Dublin City centre. Would recommend to anyone coming to Dublin!
Absolutely beautiful hotel! Social distancing is abided by and done very well. Beautiful room and fabulous breakfast. The staff were so friendly. Definitely will stay again, never knew this little gem was down the road! Thank u.
AMAZING!!!
Location is second to none in Dublin city, the superior room looks over stephen’s green. The staff are all so friendly and attentive.
The old style decor is really classy, and the our room on the first floor (104) was absolutely massive!
Everywhere was spotless, and the breakfast the next morning was great.
The residents bar area serves late into the night, we came back after a Christmas night out and the staff were there at the bar as long as we wanted.
The bed is super comfortable, only thing is that the rooms are very very warm and stuffy, even with the window opened and the dyson cooling fan turned on. It can be a tad noisy with traffic on the street but that’s expected for a street front room.
I would absolutely stay again, the place is magical at Christmas and a stay we’ll never forget with our family.
They also give discount parking of 50% on Q park St stephens green for overnight stay. The gardens out the back are beautiful.
Stayed here last night 28th of July -in a twin room!
Beautiful hotel-Very comfortable! However we were so disappointed with the poor breakfast!!
We booked breakfast as the reason for our stay was work purposes and I was sitting and exam at 930 am! We booked breakfast the day before - breakfast cost €31.00 for 2 people!
We were telephoned in our room to inform us that there would be no hot breakfast!!
What we were served was embarrassing to say the least!!
We were disgusted to be served 2 slices of toast (I had to ask for more) a small bowl of fruit and miniature dish of yogurt (that would not have covered a grape) and a pot of tea!
Our server later returned as we were leaving to tell us he was sorry he forgot to give us our breakfast orange!!
Not even a bowl of cereal!
It was so disappointing to say the least
