Had a lovely stay at the Alex over Christmas. The Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and the bedrooms are both stylish and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
Lovely hotel and pleasant staff. Room was immaculate. However, I felt the overall experience unfortunately wasn’t worth the high price.
Stayed in the Alex for three days and was sorry to have to leave. Location is brilliant so easy to get around the city. The staff could not been a more friendly or helpful group of people. The food and service of the food was excellent. From the moment we arrived there was a smile and a friendly greeting from all the staff, right up to the moment we left. We will be back and will encourage others to join us.

The rooms were beautiful, the food was fantastic and the staff were so nice couldn't have done more to help, everyone had a great time. I would recommend this hotel.
