Friendly staff and comfortable stay in a lovely part of the city.
Pet friendly accommodation listed on booking.com but wasn't sure on how friendly it would be as received quite a terse email after reserving room.
However, fears unwarranted as there was no issue when we turned up with our dog.
We had booked a suite, and were not disappointed, spacious & clean, large television, though very limited channels, plenty of car parking at rear of hotel.
Reception staff were very pleasant & helpful.
We will definitely be visiting again...

This was our second time staying here for a concert in the 3 Arena, which is a couple of mins in a taxi away. It's a very comfortable hotel with great food and lovely staff.
