I would like to share my lovely experience in the new Marlin hotel and its exceptional restaurant.
During the pandemic everyone is tired of staying at home - so my partner and I decided to celebrate my birthday by staying in the Hotel and eating at the Canteen restaurant. Marlin hotel is located in heart of city beside grafton Street D2.
We were one of very few staying in this chic 300 bed hotel so social distancing was not a problem. The room was beautiful and bright with a huge double bed.
We had a delicious four course meal for just 58€ each. The food and service is high end with huge emphasis on ingredients and presentation.
The taste is mouth watering and both of us ordered different dishes. The atmosphere and music was magnificent!
The restaurant was full but again we were set well apart from Each other to maintain at least 2 metres.
Well trained staff looked after us in a nice way and made me feel so special on my birthday!!
This is a find so check it out.
Great , nice hotel rooms , had excellent sleep in there king size bed.Nice food choice also
Stayed there on Friday, VERY VERY friendly staff, the room was gorgeous, with a massive bed, had a great sleep, I'd have robbed the bed only it was huge. Very nice hotel, would love to go back
The rooms are the smallest and basic iv ever seen and don't come at a reasonable price. Staff in bar and reastraunt were very nice and efficient.
Fabulously hotel nr St Stephen's Green, Dublin. Very quirky lobby. Great friendly staff with plenty of chat. I will gladly return. Hopefully next time the highly recommended 'Canteens' restaurant can open again post covid restrictions. Very convenient for all things central Dublin.
