I loved the hotel over all, i stayed in room #407 i beleive. check in was smooth, very calm place room and bed was awsome, cleanliness was topnoch. Totally i loved this hotel.
I am so amazed how versatile this young lady in the reception named April. I admire how she handle the situation and situation with her humble and cool attitude. There was a long que of guests in check in counter, there was this historical customer who's shouting at her and looking for a manager but she manage to calm him down. The rooms are not yet ready and she explained it very well to us. Thank you for being such a professional, well compose, friendly, humble and welcoming receptionist. We love coming here because of you and your team. We appreciate the very
gesture of yours that make us feel welcome and comfortable. You go extra miles by extending your effort to make sure all the requests are granted. Stay charming, pretty and kind. I believe in the saying that the employees are the face of the company. You're doing a really great job by giving a positive impression to your hotel. I am your loyal customer, you capture my heart.
Price and services are good. Its a few minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates metro station. All of the facilities are nearby. It is a busy and good area. Only issue is with the parking.
For this price I will defo give 5 stars.
The gentleman at the front office was really nice and recommended me a great gym nearby to work out.
Housekeeping girl Nickey was very kind and did an excellent job!

- Excellent location. Easy access to Metro and mall of emirates.
- Friendly staff.
- Good concierge services.
Cons:
- Lack of trust. Need to go every day to get room card activated.
