It's my son's birthday and we required a place to celebrate and still have fun despite the restrictions. We only managed to invite a few people but the services that the hotel gave made it extra special.
Their Manager Lora was very accommodating including their other staff Jeremie and Harrison.
Every aspect of social distancing was observed and we felt safe at the hotel.
The food was delectable and food presentation was high end. Their chef even personally approached us and greeted my son.
The hotel is astounding and it is definitely a place that we wouldn't mind visiting again.
I went to there to have a business meeting with Japanese and Korean Clients. Atmosphere is very cozy, warm hearted, and friendly. We ordered Cheese cakes and its so tasty. Especially Kate was so nice and treat us just like we are at home. She all the time smiled and perfect manner to our clients. Thank you for your hospitality. Thanks to warm hospitality, we made a agreement to set up joint venture and investment. Thank you for the professional service and manner. hope to stay a little longer for the future business. Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent view. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer Madhu here, he is eager to help and will to take time with you. Also he understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed in dubai ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and managers.The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and this pandemic situation cleanliness and standard well maintain all over the hotels(appreciate this!) the restaurant staff deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The second day we guided by one of very friendly house keeping staff, we got helpful details from him to visit around the hotels and restaurant in downtown. He is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). We are truly enjoyed our time.
The atmosphere in 54th floor is so special that it really felt like heaven to me. All respect for staff who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
Amazing hotel and we had a great stay! The view was fantastic, only topped by the quality of the food, especially the pastry selection! We felt very welcomed by the front desk staff both during check in and check out at mid-day, thanks to Lillian and her colleague who I apologize for not writing down her name properly. We came for our wedding anniversary and overall we had a great experience! This hotel from now on will definitely be our place of choice for special occasions!
