Highly recommend this place. I stayed on two different occasions here with my wife and both my experiences were amazing. The first time we stayed at a king size room and the second time we got upgraded to a premium room by Natalia. The view from the premium room was simply a view that can’t be put into words. Khasi at the reception couldn’t stop going on and on about the beauty of this room and we didn’t know why until we stepped into it. The room was far more spacious and my wife and I were so happy with the hospitality offered. Natalia and her team surely did make sure we had a memorable stay. Thank you team.
Very cosy and elegant minimalistic interior. Breakfast option gets a bit boring after few days, because every day is same set. Pool is nice with enough beds for in house guests. Nice view over creek and City. City view from premium rooms is average building roof with some maintenance work going on. Anyway my general experience was positive and I happy about my over week there.
Hotel interior is super nice. What makes it most special is their roof top swimming pool at 7th floor overlooking perfect view of Dubai. Also, would like to commend the life guard named Dipak. He was very attentive and accommodating. First time me and my husband was asked by a lifeguard if what is our sitting preference and assist us on the best spot to stay. He’s very friendly and cheerful.
My experience with their bar, restaurant and front desk... for me they were just average, when ask for a blank paper ( they were reluctant at front desk ), happy hour drink on the rooftop ( buy 1 get 1 ). The guy attitude was very robotic. And pretty much the same goes for a bar at the G floor. Staff definitely needs to be more welcoming.
