Extremely friendly team across all departments who make your stay very memorable and personalized. They all make you feel very welcome and treat you like family. One of the best properties that I have stayed in ! Tram was excellent!
Beautiful property and so well located.
Unfortunately, seemed that the tourists have given it a bye ... I would not ignore such a lovely place.
#-Family friendly atmosphere.
#-Staffs are With decent attitude and co-operative.
#-Breakfast have so much variety compare to Lunch and Dinner.
#-If you planing to go out for sight sceaning must do your breakfast before 07:30AM other wise you to wait a lot in lounge area.
I come to Dubai once every 6 month, and it had been 4 visits in a row that I stay in this hotel due to the fact that its clean, well maintained and has great customer service. It is also located in city that is close to Dubai downtown, Jadaf is also a very quiet city. I get my room serviced everyday by Padam and Ramesh. They do everything to keep a smile on my face :-)
Very nice cozy hotel with good facilities such as 24 hours free laundry room and free 24 hours gym. The rooms are very well designed.
