The hotel is very classy with a business vibe. The room is very spacious and covered in leather while the bathroom is elegant and clean. Mr. Ajith was very welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in till the check out and all the room service employee as well. I liked the variety for the breakfast menu and the quick table service. The only negative part is that there is no nice view due to constructions and buildings surrounding and the windows are dirty.
Staff was very kind but not very reactive, especially for cars. The breakfast is alright but the view is on constructions. Maybe later will be nicer :) and Dubai is always in construction.
But for the price it’s still a good value for money. So if you have a small budget I would recommend it because rooms are cleans, staff kind and the location is central.
The best hotel stay I ever had with the best staff at its disposal. They were extremely helpful and assisted me in every way they could with their top notch service. Korede was especially very helpful and helped me find my phone and assisted me throughout, telling me to remain calm and I thank you Korede for your help. You are a wonderful human being and to the Radisson team, keep it up and best of luck for your future endeavours. You will see a lot of me at your hotel when I come to Dubai. Cheers!
Yesterday was my first day at the hotel. We arrived at 7 am from Melbourne and was supposed to check in at 3pm. The concierge checked us in at 7.30 am and even gave us a free upgrade as it was the only room available at that time. This was such a life saving move for us after a 14 hour flight. Cannot be thankful enough. The staff are so welcoming and warm. The views from the room is to die for. Overall an absolutely 5 start performance by the hotel.
Brilliant Hotel. I was staying in 1201. All the personnel is super friendly and helpful from reception, front office to room service lads and lassies. Pointing out anybody special would be unfair to the unmentioned.
It's located right at the Canal, so if you want to go for a jogg, you just need to step outside and you can run along the picturesque business bay. The skyscrapers even providing shadowy stretches.
Also it is only a stroll (1,7km) away from the easy to walk there Dubai Mall.
Also only a short drive from DXB.
It's really highly recommendable. I'll return for sure.
