The gentleman at the front office was really nice and recommended me a great gym nearby to work out.

It was nice.. Visited last Friday.. Filipina receptionist was really nice.. She was alone dealing with check ins, check outs and online bookings so please any concern person is reading this comment don't do it please weekend are always busy so there should be 3 receptionists to deal with different issues like check in and out and for online bookings.. Poor. Carpet not clean. No Milk powder for tea.only yellow tea available no green tea. One of the lights at bed not working and one on the ceiling not working. Kettle not working properly. One of the rooms did not have iron. No towels were there when we arrived, we had to ask for towels and then we were provided with one towel for two persons. We had to ask for another towel. We waited for almost an hour at the time of check in as only one active staff was available and a lot of guest for check in.
A good place to stay. Good staff too. But the parking will scratch your car. Too narrow parking tunnel and parking place.
To be honest hotel interior is good location is out area, mainly customers service was totally worst and bad experience, contacted 4th time then get what I asked,
Room is good decent interiors, cleanless was also good, mainly customer service and room service and guests service was totally worst and very bad experience and unexpected, I will recommend to the management to keep complaints sheets at reception, whatever complaints and requests will come it should be logged and action taken and endorse to whom, and for feedback of customers happiness should be a note book in hotel room as well,
So it can be helpful to improve their services and hotel reputation, mainly one more thing is most important for reception desk the person who will be available on duty it should be polite and humble with customers,
