Wonderful start to the evening, we went for dinner in this phenomenal hotel and stopped, to have a drink. To our positive surprise Dante NYC (#2 in the world) had a pop up that day, which made the night an absolute highlight. Drinks incredible and an absolute treat, we got served by the charming Colombian lady Sofia, which made us feel very welcome. I hope there are more pop-ups to come.
Mixed feelings... reception lady greeted me very warm, explained all hotel features and was really caring. Unfortunately the coffee lounge provided me with a poor experience: despite my humble one coffee order I was served after couple who was behind me in the queue.
Firstly let me thank the staff at Me Dubai for helping us with the problems we faced during our stay and their professionalism in following up with us. Everyone we met was eager to help and tried to resolve the issues as quickly as they could. A huge shout out to Jess who made our stay a delight with her service at breakfast. The breakfast and service from Jess was the highlight of our stay.
Now onto the the areas for improvement. We were moved to three different rooms during our two night stay due to noise issues. There is a live DJ playing at the pool restaurant area until 1am and most the rooms are directly above this so expect noise in the rooms until 1am. We also had another room on the other side of the hotel but unfortunately faced issued with construction noise from above in the residences. This isn't something the hotel can control but still had an impact on our stay.
The hotel staff have partially compensated us for our issues during the stay.
Wow! Wowww!! WOWWWW!! Truly fascinating hotel.. I am so impressed. The architecture is beautiful. The rooms are so high tech and futuristic. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in three of their restaurants inside the hotel and everything we ordered was beyond amazing, made to perfection. The ambience is just beautiful! The staff is SO well trained and the customer service from everyone was top notch and excellent. Every detail matters and the hotel was seriously given attention to every small appreciated detail. I highly, highly recommend a stay here - or even just a stop for a meal. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for the hospitality and amazing getaway! Truly a priceless experience.
I have just booked this hotel for myself and have a chance to enjoy not only the hotel but also amazing hospitality of the different restaurants here. The food was excellent, very fresh and potions just perfect. I really enjoy the area by the pool and the all atmosphere of Deseo restaurant. The service of the hotel and personal is beyond. Whatever you ask for, they make sure you will get it. The design of the hotel is really nice and new. I really enjoy my stay here.
