I am so amazed how versatile this young lady in the reception named April. I admire how she handle the situation and situation with her humble and cool attitude. There was a long que of guests in check in counter, there was this historical customer who's shouting at her and looking for a manager but she manage to calm him down. The rooms are not yet ready and she explained it very well to us. Thank you for being such a professional, well compose, friendly, humble and welcoming receptionist. We love coming here because of you and your team. We appreciate the very
gesture of yours that make us feel welcome and comfortable. You go extra miles by extending your effort to make sure all the requests are granted. Stay charming, pretty and kind. Absolutely love it here. I’ve stayed for over a month in this hotel, we stayed at other hotels in the area but this always felt more welcoming, clean tidy and best of all the staff are all so nice here. I would recommend it highly!

Management is very nice and caring. All the other staff is very professional and friendly. From receptionist, cleaners to security. All people are really nice and made us feel at home. Just the size of the room is small. We stayed in 1 bedroom. I hope the staff will get a recognition from their management which theory surely deserve. All hard working people. Thank you.

I’ve been in a 1BR serviced apartment (long term stay area) for a week now and I am very happy with the quality of the service this hotel is providing. The rooms are modern, with good maintenance, and the staff is very kind and always willing to help.
