Can't complain for necessary items such as bed, pool, food & shops. Room is outdated that's a fact because of dull lighting. Sofa and bathroom need updating. Also suggest one hard and one soft head pillow. Floors are unnecessarily cold. Building is beautiful though. Restaurant doesn't serve everything on the menu if you stay there so that was disappointing. Maybe new policy. But overall good suites.
Totally liked the location of this hotel. Our room was pretty good and the facilities in the hotel: such as gym and swimming pool were great. The staff was also kind and available to help.
The hotel is a bit weathered, and could do with some internal sprucing within the rooms. The cleanliness is also sometimes a concern and can be an issue for those who have a keen eye. However, the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere is vibrant and interesting. There are a number of shops for groceries and supplies, as well as cafes and restaurants which make the location very ideal and convenient.
Very good choice in Dubai.good location.We booked twice times ,in second time they upgrade our booking room into suite.
It's homely and the service is nice.
A good place to stay for shorter or longer period comfortably.
