We stayed here for 2 years after having a very convincing meeting with the sales rep Ahmed Reesh. The stay itself was pleasant, we had everything we needed close by. The guys were helpful WHEN they wanted to be. Our AC was never seen to properly, thats one issue. The thing is, they are all nice as you pay them, but as soon as you want to leave the attitude changes. They started to ignore our requests. We had a furnished apartment but bought our own furniture , beds and sofa. As we were about to leave we sold our beds and asked for them to put theirs back in, which they didnt. We had to sleep on the floor which was very uncomfortable. They did not return our change for the extra days we stayed, which comes to approx £60. They took approx £5.5k deposit, like many do and now have made many excuse to NOT RETURN it and made a list of silly reason why. They amount that they are willing to return is jut approx £80. We have filed a case against them, as many of their reasons were a joke and not required by law, as we were told by Rera. We always paid our bills on time and never bothered them. To be treated like this is unacceptable and we will not leave this matter unresolved, they can not treat people like a joke. They already have many negative reviews about conning people. So what to take away from this? DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, ALSO KNOWN AS INTERNATIONAL HOUSE IN BUSINESS BAY, NOON HOTEL IS A PART OF THEIR COMPANY. PAY FOR SHORT TERM ALL IN. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.
Price and services are good. Its a few minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates metro station. All of the facilities are nearby. It is a busy and good area. Only issue is with the parking.
Nice and clean apartment at quite reasonable price
We were a group of 8 friends staying in two apartments. We actually enjoyed our stay up to check out time if not to take into consideration some missing towels and toilet paper, and not as good bath facilities ( weak water flow and not very warm water). Despite this one of the apartments was very spacious, light and clean. But on the check out the hotel charged us for mini bar stuff which we did not touch. What’s worse , they did it for both rooms. That looked like a very cheap trick which helped them earn 20 AED , but fully ruined our impression of the stay. Was it worth it?
It used to be a hotel but now giving rooms on rent. Having lot of maintenance related issues which need to be fixed. Some amenities are really good but some are not.
