At check-in, I was offered a smelly (old tobacco) and dirty room. Few hours later, I decided to upgrade to a one-bedroom with extra $$$. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was not as what we were used to from our previous hotel experiences but the others were very friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The other false note is that they charged me twice the laundry service. I paid cash at the front desk but also charged my card.
A very nice hotel in a good location. I had a very pleasant stay and thanks to the concierge service of the hotel to helping us everywhere needed. The pool has an incredible view of Dubai Downton. The only downside here is that in the afternoon there is little to no sun in the pool area. Over all always friendly staff and had a nice evening with live music in the restaurant of the hotel. Thank you!
Really one if the most amazing hotels in Dubai and the one of the newest. Location amazing in business bay facing downtown area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was really good and furnished very well and equipped with all what visitors needs. Price is very attractive
