Great atmosphere, there a volleyball place to play and a mini football as well
We booked at this hotel hoping to find fun and relaxation only to find out that our room 3305 door is not working, I've been up and down numerous times for them to fix the bloody room card but instead insisting us to use a metal key instead but the metal key itself isn't working too!!. And we said just transfer us to another room but still they insisted on fixing the door which by now took us a good 2 hours or more! All our good vibes are now gone, all our plans of watching the perfect sunset have now been ruined! They know we reserved the room a month in advance! And in that one month nobody from JA checked if the bloody door is working or no? Now we are suffering the consequences of the incompetence of these baboons!!!
Honestly, this is the best hotel I've been and it's truly the most elegant, classy and luxurious.. The moment I entered the hotel, I was completely in love with the property, as I felt walking to the heaven of luxury and elegance!
The whole experience was amazing, we visited for our anniversary and were very impressed.

What can I say about this hotel? Simply amazing place! I couldn’t believe there is such a green resort in Dubai. We stayed here 2 days with our friends and we couldn’t get enough of it it’s a huge area with different activities: golf, tennis courts, water sports, beach, swimming pools, spa, horse riding(three last we’re close due to the current situation). The rooms here are extremely big with beautiful views. The territory is full of peacocks We had delicious breakfast. There are three restaurants in the hotel which two of them we tried for dinner (Asian and Middle East cuisine), both were just wow, very tasty! I would only highlight few points here: the beach was not super nice, water is full of seaweeds and the bottom of the sea is unclean. Another point I would mention about service, although the staff is super friendly, but we faced some inconvenience moments: two times we ordered some ice to our room, first time we waited more then 40 minutes and kept reminding them again and again, the second time we didn’t receive it at all. I also feel there is a little miscommunication between the employees, which happened every time we had breakfast, either they were forgetting to bring us some orders, either were bringing the same orders several times. But in the end, it didn’t effect our stay, we tried to not focus on such things and really enjoyed our stay.
