- Lack of trust. Need to go every day to get room card activated.
Pathetic experience. Took too long to check in.. The room which was given us had cigrattes odour. I booked the room after seeing all the positive which gave me higher expectations but ended up being disappointed. The guest service was poor. I had to ask multiple times for room service. Better go for another option or add a few bucks for a better hotel experience. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED for the price you would pay here.
I stayed at that hotel for 13 nights. Exceptional service and a very friendly staff especially Julius and Salem at the reception. It’s near all the restaurants, mall of the emirates and the metro station. Also there’s always a taxi waiting just outside the hotel if you ever need one. If you wanna do a pcr test, the Saudi German hospital is 10 minutes away from the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone headed to Dubai.
I check into this hotel on 20 February 2021
I the next morning I lifted up the toilet seat for the first time and it came off in my hand. There were no hinges, it was just loose on the seat.
I was out all day and evening at work so the next day - today, 22 February I went to the Front Desk and reported it and asked if maintenance could come and fix it. They sent a man up who I presumed would simply fix new hinges, but instead he called up the manager ‘Mr. Mahesh’ who came into my room to look at it. He then said to me ‘Sir, we believe you have broken this and we will be charging you for the damage.’
I was absolutely shocked. I did not break it. I told them that it was clearly broken before I arrived (why and how would I break a toilet seat). I have hardly been in the room and didn't even use the toilet at all.
They tell me that they would talk internally and let me know. Now they tell me that they are charging me for the damage. I am in total shock. I'm being accused of breaking something and of lying.
They haven’t even entertained the idea that it was broken before I arrived, and that the cleaner didn’t report it. They are just trying to scam money from me for damage that I didn't even do
I told Mr. Mahesh that I want to check out immediately and my remaining stay refunded, but he refused.
This hotel is diabolical. They are thieves and their attitude is disgusting. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. I will be leaving immediately. What a disgusting way to treat a guest
Excellent hospitality hotel. Clean and tidy rooms. One thing which I like the most is the Food.
