Grade A service, something you can rarely see nowadays.
One of the nicest hotels I’ve been too in a really long time, as soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome.
Rooms are completely sanitized & clean and are very cozy & sound-proof. Room service is exceptional and quick, everything was delivered to the room within minutes.
Very efficient and friendly staff members!
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is extremely friendly. Especially Varinder from room service does an excellent job. Everything is clean and he takes care of the guest. I would love to come back here!
It is not a 4 start hotel.. I checked out way earlier, because I didn't feel comfortable staying there any longer. The room and the gym were filthy, the "service" was not good, and at the end I had to pay even more per night and not the price we agreed on. They made me feel like it was my fault that I wanted to move out earlier, but the rooms were just unacceptable. There were stains on the carpet, the chairs, the bed, a leaking bathroom tub, insects in the room, it smelled like smoke in the hallway every day, I couldn't sleep at night because of other guests partying on the floor and the list goes on and on. It does not look like on the pictures at all!!!!
Today, at 9am they decided to start maintenance without informing guests. I'm promised with a new room at 12pm.
A morning full of drilling noise is something their sales director / duty manager said is fine if he was in the position of a hotel guest!
Nice chilled out palce with open resturant, quite not much people when I went
Food was good I had chicken tikka wrap and grilled chicken
Sheesha was good ,blueberry mint .
This is a place where you sit with friends play cards and have fun
Price wise is very economical too
