Wanted to try a different hotel from my usual and I stumbled on this one located in City Walk. Very relaxed and quiet during the day although my room was near a lounge or a club and music was loud until about 10:30pm/11:00pm.
That was the only fly in the ointment though and everyone, from the staff of the front desk to the room service crew were welcoming and accommodating.
Loved as well the location being in the heart of City Walk and within a couple of minutes from some interesting cafes and restaurants.
Would definitely stay again given the chance!
Excellent Hotel. Stayed here for two nights and everything was at high class level.
Stuff is very helpful. And specifically Anastasya from reception. Helped me with early breakfast to my room for early departure.
Hotel is allocated in very good area. Right between beachfront and Burj Khalifa which is in walking distance from hotel.
Hotel is in beautiful area with many shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
Definitely highly recommended Hotel.
And definitely the one to stay at next visit.
Hello everybody. First of all, i would like to mention that i'm a big fan of Marriott Group and i even got rewarded as a Titanium Member to be one of their loyal client.
Unfortunately, for the first time since long time i don't have a good review to put.
Every weekend, my wife and i are enjoying a weekend in a hotel of Marriott Group. We chose in general a Hotel from Category 5 to catogory 8. Ville Hotel has a Category 6 status, means, one of the top rate of Marriott Group...
First, the quality of the room. It's SUPER small with and horrible view. The furnitures inside are cheap, super cheap. The quality of the mattress is bad and thin compare to JW Marriott or Renaissance Hotel (category 5 only).
Don't expect to find a coffee machine inside the room, there is not. Water is even not complementary, they give only 2 bottles for free... Again compare to Renaissance or JW, it's very bad.
They told me it's because i didn't get the upgrade but just to let you know, upgrade or not, the mattress is the same in all the hotel rooms.
In the morning, i wanted to take a shower... no HOT Water !!! I have phoned the reception, they told me to let the water go for 10 min to expect to have water (Good for the planet to waste so much water...)
Also and it's the first time i see this, this category 6 hot DOES NOT have a lounge...
Breakfast time : DESASTER again, when i checked in, the staff told me that the breakfast is until 12pm with a last call for ordering at 11h30... We arrived at 11h07 and we were notified that the last call was at 11h00.... But they made us an exception to let us order. We ordered eggs and coffee and water. We got the eggs but NO coffee and NO water. After 30 min, we asked again for the coffee and water... we got finally the coffee BUT still NO water. After asking again, we finally received it...
I want to say also that the manager called me and offered me to refund me all the points for the bad experience i have faced. I did appreciate but even if it's not his fault, i refused the offer. This is the fault of Marriott to give a category 6 status for an hotel that is MAXIMUM category 4. For the same amount of money or points, i really advice people to chose Renaissance, JW Marriott or even Lapita Hotel. They are all from Marriott Group also but will give you for sure a better service and better rooms.
I usually pass by here when I stroll around the City Walk or when I go to Chival Global Social. And found out that the hotel is really stylish and lives up to the gorgeousness of center of Dubai which is in the middle of downtown and Jumeirah. When you want to feel the sense of serenity and gorgeousness, this is THE place.
Service extremely unsatisfactory! Being a platinum elite member of the Marriot Bonvoy came at a cost! The staff is very rude, the services are extremely slow! Waste of money
